If you are already using the option to download MAGMASOFT^®, please log in to the support section of our website and download the new version MAGMASOFT^® 6.0. If you have previously received the installation media as a parcel, you will automatically get a package in due course.

Important documents for the new release are the "Installation Instructions" and the general "Release Notes" as well as a list of remarks and major known issues which will be addressed in an upcoming patch. These documents will either be shipped together with the new release or will be directly accessible in the software download area.

To get started with the new MAGMASOFT^® release, MAGMA will offer webinars and update trainings. MAGMAacademy will inform all users separately about the upcoming webinars and possible update trainings for customers. Additionally, short training videos and an updated LEARNING WORLD will be made accessible on the MAGMA website:

When installing the new release, we strongly recommend that you carefully check the "Installation Instructions" with regard to advice concerning your computer configuration and the operating system.

MAGMASOFT^® 6.0 is compatible with Microsoft Windows Professional/Enterprise 10 and 11 as well as RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.4 (and higher) and 8.x, SuSe Linux Enterprise Desktop/Server (SLED/S) 15.
