Associate -Sales & Corporate Relations

Key responsible areas

  • Understanding the market dynamics and designing & implementing strategic sales plan to acquire new clients to increase the contribution margin.
  • Identifying the appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales and managing the sales cycle to close the new business.
  • Manage the sales process with each target - create the right content to engage them and also to nurture them from lead to conversion.
  • Devise a strategy to acquire the new leads, work on quick on boarding of the new customers and maintaining the CRM.
  • Maintaining customer relationships with existing customers to ensure the customer delight thereby driving an increase in customer satisfaction and identification of potential sales opportunities to drive the business with existing customers.
  • Increasing the revenue of the company to acquire additional business through cross-selling and upselling services to the existing customers and continuously striving to enhance our value proposition of price, quality, service and visibility.
  • Coordinate with other team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Should be very flexible to travel extensively mostly pan-India.
  • Should be able to prepare the condensed and indexed list of the MIS reports.

Key qualifications

  • Educational qualification - MBA with Sales & Marketing is preferred.
  • Should be extremely passionate about sales.
  • Relevant experience in foundry industry would be preferred.
  • The candidate must be self-driven, motivated and should demonstrate agility in the ever changing environment.
  • This role requires a candidate with a bias for action and need to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
  • Should have great interpersonal skills.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Should have Microsoft Office suite skills including the Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.,
  • Simulation software exposure would be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must be target driven and goal oriented.
