MANAGER-NON FERROUS APPLICATIONS
key responsible areas:
- Should have expert knowledge in design & development of high pressure die casting die parts.
- Should have an immense knowledge in aluminum casting proving from casting defects like filling-related issues, flow-related issues, and other process-related issues.
- Should have knowledge on die design layout for any critical part, feeding design with the calculation of runner & gating design.
- Should have immense knowledge in High-pressure die casting, Low-pressure die casting, Gravity die casting.
Key qualifications:
- B.E. in mechanical engineering /Diploma in mechanical/metallurgy.
- Should have a foundry industry experience of minimum 3-5years.
- Should have a fair knowledge of CAD.
- The candidate must be self-driven, motivated and should demonstrate agility in the ever-changing environment.
- Should have great interpersonal skills and should be flexible for traveling
- Should possess excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Should have Microsoft Office suite skills including the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.,
- MAGMASOFT® Simulation software knowledge would be an added advantage.
- The candidate must be target-driven and goal-oriented.
