Associate - Admin & Accounts

Key responsible areas

• Candidate must be well versed in Direct and Indirect Taxation. GST and TDS knowledge is must.
• He/she should ensure that the Accounts receivables, Accounts payables are in timely order and ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed.
• Coordinate the provision of information to external/internal auditors for the Quarterly/Annual audit.
• Should maintain the system of controls over accounting transactions and also maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
• Responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the company, especially the transaction-processing operations, policies and procedures.
• Timely issuance of the financial statements of the organization.
• Validation of the billing and the payroll process/data.
• Comply with the federal, state and local legal regulations for reporting the requirements and tax filings
• Responsible for verification, taking necessary approvals & maintaining a documented system of bills from the vendors.
• Should manage the processing of the sales invoices and receipts.
• Knowledge on TDS return filing and GST filing is an added advantage.
• PT, PF return filing is an added advantage

Key qualifications

• Eductaional qualification - B.Com with MBA (Majors in Finance).
• Job experience - (1-3) years of work experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Should have excellent knowledge in Tally ERP 9.
• Must have a good knowledge in the MS Office.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
